Risk Factors and Incidence of Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) in Sahabat Satwa Genteng Animal Clinic

The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors and incidence Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) at Sahabat Satwa Genteng clinic. A total 36 samples were evaluated according research procedures with diagnosis, data collection, urine sampling, dipstick sediment examination methods, Chi-square analysis. results showed that there a association between gender, history castration, diet on FLUTD. Meanwhile, no age Clinical signs often occur in FLUTD disease initiate from stranguria, hematuria, dysuria, periuria, polykisuria. founded 86,1% cats affected by had normal pH 13,9% an alkaline pH. specific gravity (SG) have values below while protein levels found all suffering above normal. Stranguria 69,4% Leukocytes also most common struvite, calcium oxalate, cystine crystals.
